An intense 24 hour creative process. 24 hour theatre will
start at 7:30 pm on Friday October 8 with a group of young
artists, 24 hours later they will have written, directed and
acted in a world premiere play. With a one-time only
performance on Saturday October 9th (at 7:00 PM)
this is a theatrical event not to be missed!

24-Hour Theatre Information
Who: Ages 14+ or those entering at least 9th grade
Where: Civic Theatre
When: From 7:00 pm, October 8th to 7:00 pm, October 9th
What: 24-Hour Theatre Project is a chance for the area youth
to write, direct, costume, and tech a show in a 24-hour time
period. Persons will remain locked in the theatre for the
entire duration, however food will be provided. Please bring
any necessary items such as toothbrushes, combs, pajamas,
sleeping bags and pillows. No outside contact will be
allowed, including cell phones, pages or ipods. On Saturday,
after the 24-hour time period has passed, the theatre will
be open to a paying audience to see what has been created.
